Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Statement
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
At Flixberry Kids, we prioritize the safety and privacy of children. We fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), a law designed to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) directly from child users. This includes:
Any data related to children (such as Student Profiles for Learning Center Pro) must be entered by a verified adult—either a parent or a school administrator. We require Learning Centers to obtain verifiable parental consent before using our management tools to track student milestones.
Flixberry Kids is a strictly ad-free environment. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising aimed at children. All content (videos, games, and ECCD checklists) is curated to be age-appropriate and educational.
Parents have the right to review their child's information (as stored in a Learning Center profile), request its deletion, and refuse to allow further collection or use of the child's information.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, or to request data removal, please contact our Data Protection Officer at:
