1. Educational Data Collection

Flixberry Kids provides advanced management tools for Daycare Centers, Nurseries, and Learning Centers via our Learning Center Pro subscription. To facilitate early childhood development tracking and center management, we collect the following regarding children:

• Student Profiles: Full name, age, and gender.
• Attendance Records: Daily presence/absence logs and historical data.
• ECCD Checklists: Developmental milestones and assessment scores aligned with the National Early Learning Curriculum.

2. Center Data Uploads & Management

Under the Learning Center Pro plan, authorized administrators may upload center-specific data to Flixberry Kids. This feature is designed for better management, automated reporting, and digitized record-keeping. By uploading this data, the center confirms they have the right to process this information for educational purposes.

3. Purpose of Collection

This data is used solely for educational and administrative purposes. It allows centers to monitor student progress, generate parent reports, and meet ECCD system requirements. We do not use student data for any commercial purposes outside of these functional requirements.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

The Learning Center remains the primary Data Controller of all student information. Flixberry Kids acts as the Data Processor. It is the responsibility of the center to secure parental consent before uploading or entering child data into our management tools.

5. Sharing and Security

• Strict Confidentiality: Student data is never sold, traded, or shared with advertisers.
• Encryption: All uploaded files and student records are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Restricted Access: Only specific logins authorized by the Learning Center can view their private dashboard and records.

6. Payment Information

Subscriptions for Learning Center Pro are processed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We do not store or see your credit card information; these are handled by the payment gateway's secure infrastructure.

7. Your Rights (DPA Compliance)

In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA), users have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent deletion of their data. Requests from parents regarding student data should be directed to their respective Learning Center first.
