Flixberry Kids collects limited information to enable subscriptions, downloads, and child profiles. This includes:

• Parent Account Information: Email address or login identifier.
• Child Profile Information: Child’s name, date of birth, and gender (entered by parents).
• App Usage Data: Local storage of VIP status and subscription entitlements.
• Device Information: Basic analytics to improve app performance and stability.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use this information to personalize the app experience, provide age-appropriate content, and enable VIP subscriptions. Child profile data is used only within the app and is not shared externally.

3. Payment Information

Subscriptions for VIP access are processed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. Flixberry Kids does not store or see your credit card information; payments are handled securely by the payment gateway.

4. Data Security

• Encryption: All subscription and account data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Restricted Access: Only the parent account can manage child profiles and VIP features.
• No Advertising: We do not sell or share user or child data with advertisers.

5. Parental Controls

Certain sections of the app, such as subscription management and account settings, are restricted to parents only. Access to these areas is protected by parental controls to prevent children from entering or modifying sensitive information.

6. Your Rights (Global Compliance)

Flixberry Kids complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) and applicable international child privacy regulations, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, US) and GDPR‑K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids, EU). Parents have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their account and child profile data. Requests can be made directly to Flixberry Kids support.
