1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Flixberry Kids mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the app for a Daycare Center, Nursery, or Learning Center, you confirm you have the authority to bind that center to these terms.

2. Learning Center Pro Subscriptions

Access to advanced management tools is provided via the Learning Center Pro subscription:

• Billing: Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by Google Play policies.

3. Management Tools & Data Responsibility

When using the ECCD Checklists, Attendance, and Student Profile features:

• Parental Consent: The Learning Center is solely responsible for obtaining written parental consent before uploading child data.
• Accuracy: Teachers are responsible for the milestones and attendance data they input.
• NELC Standards: Our tools are designed to assist with National Early Learning Curriculum tracking but do not replace professional teaching judgment.

4. Ownership of Content

All videos, games, characters, and branding within Flixberry Kids are the intellectual property of Flixberry Entertainment. Users may not download or distribute our content outside the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flixberry Kids provides management tools "as is." We are not liable for any data entry errors by staff or administrative decisions made based on the app's generated ECCD reports.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how student and center data is encrypted and protected under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
