1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Flixberry Kids mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing accounts and child profiles within the app.

2. VIP Subscriptions

Access to premium content such as VIP-only games, videos, and downloads is provided via subscription:

• Billing: Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by Google Play policies.

3. Child Profiles & Data Responsibility

Parents may create child profiles to personalize the app experience. This includes:

• Information Collected: Child’s name, date of birth, and gender.
• Parental Consent: Parents are solely responsible for providing and managing this information.
• Usage: Child profile data is used only within the app to tailor age-appropriate content.

4. Parental Controls

Certain sections of the app, such as subscription management and account settings, are restricted to parents only. Access to these areas is protected by parental controls to prevent children from entering or modifying sensitive information.

5. Ownership of Content

All videos, games, characters, and branding within Flixberry Kids are the intellectual property of Flixberry Entertainment. Users may not download, copy, or distribute our content outside the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flixberry Kids provides educational and entertainment content "as is." We are not liable for any technical issues, subscription interruptions, or misuse of child profile data entered by parents.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how account and child profile data is encrypted and protected. Flixberry Kids complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) and applicable international child privacy regulations, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, US) and GDPR‑K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids, EU).
